Where are you located?
At this time, we do not have a physical location. However, we do work by previous appointment either at our place or at the client’s. We also make deliveries of the merchandise to certain areas within the Metro area. Please call or e-mail us for more details.
Do you have a Layway Program? How does it work?
Yes. For the advantage of our clients, we have our Layaway Program in which you will be able to reserve the item(s) of your choice by making a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the order. You will have up to one (1) month to complete the payment in order to receive the merchandise.
In case the remaining part of the payment is not delivered to NatiKids within one (1) month, NK will not reserve anymore your item(s) and they will be available for sale. Your deposit is non-refundable.

What is the “Tell A Friend” program?
The “Tell A Friend about NatiKids” program has been created to benefit all of our past clients who have been referring NK to their friends and relatives.
If you are already a client from NK, for every friend that you refer and who completes an order with NK, you will receive a 20% off on your next purchase. The person who you refer, will receive a discount of 10% on his/her first order.
However, once your friend has placed an order with us, and if she refers NK to another friend who place an order afterwards, he/she will receive a 20% off on her next purchase! And so on!
The discount for the “Tell A Friend” program does not apply to fashion accessories, only to clothes. Only a 20% discount per referral per order will be granted. This program is not to be combined with other offers or with the Layaway program. Other restrictions may apply.

What is your return policy?
For exchanges & returns, you will have up to seven (7) days after your purchase. For an exchange or return, you must show us your purchase receipt and the merchandise must have its original tag & packaging. We will then issue a credit towards your account at our shop. Refunds are not allowed.
Merchandise marked as “on sale” cannot be returned. We will only allow exchanges of sizes, if the item in the desired size is still available. Merchandise must have its original tag & packaging, besides showing your purchase receipt. For merchandise on sale, refunds are not allowed and neither a credit towards your account will be issued.
What if am interested in an item that is sold out?
Some of our products can be reordered to our suppliers. Therefore, if there’s an item you’re interested into, but we do not have it in stock, just let us know and we will check if it’s possible to reorder it. In case the product is available from our supplier, we will require a deposit of 50% of the total amount to place your order. The other 50% will be due once we deliver the item to you.
